Preserve the reviewed local Gitea/FRP settings: advertise gitea.xyslh.xyz, use HTTPS as the external root URL, advertise remote SSH port 2222, expose local ports 13000 and 2223 to the LAN for FRP, and allow anonymous repository viewing while keeping registration disabled. This PR does not restart Gitea or FRP.
